Why I built this
I spent two years in data engineering and another year running operations at a marketing agency. In both roles, the same problem kept appearing — there was always more WhatsApp work than anyone had time for. Leads going unanswered. Customers waiting for updates that someone forgot to send.
When I started talking to real estate developers in Jaipur, I found the same problem at a different scale. A developer getting 10000 leads a month from MagicBricks and 99acres, running a team of 12 telecallers, still losing 40% of their leads to competitors because the leads came in at night. The telecallers were not failing. The job was impossible for humans to do at that hour.
Radhika was the first answer. An AI agent that qualifies leads on WhatsApp in Hinglish, within 60 seconds, at any hour. Then came Aadhya — the same idea applied to D2C ops. The name TatvaHQ comes from तत्व — element. We build the elements that keep a business running on WhatsApp.
We are early. We have a few live pilots. We are not going to pretend otherwise. But the results from those pilots are why I am building this full time.

What we are building toward
The immediate focus is on two verticals — real estate lead qualification and D2C WhatsApp operations. Both are large, underserved markets where the current solution is a human doing repetitive WhatsApp work manually.
Over the next year, we will expand Radhika and Aadhya's capabilities based on what our pilot clients actually need — not based on what looks good in a product roadmap. We will add verticals only when we have a client in that vertical ready to pilot.
The long-term thesis is simple: every Indian business that runs on WhatsApp needs at least one AI employee. We are building the infrastructure for that.
