Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TatvaHQ's services, including the Radhika and Aadhya AI agents and the TatvaHQ website. By engaging with our services — including responding to a WhatsApp message from one of our agents — you agree to these terms.

1. About TatvaHQ

TatvaHQ (Tatva Business Solutions) is an AI product company registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We build AI agents that communicate with end users via WhatsApp on behalf of our business clients.

Our current products:

  • Radhika — AI lead qualification agent for real estate businesses
  • Aadhya — AI operations agent for D2C brands

2. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to:

Business clients — Companies and individuals who engage TatvaHQ to deploy Radhika or Aadhya for their business.

End users — Individuals who receive or send WhatsApp messages to our agents as part of a business client's operations (e.g. property enquirers, D2C customers).

Different sections of these terms are relevant to each group. Where a section specifies "business clients" or "end users", it applies to that group only.

3. WhatsApp communication — opt-in and opt-out

How you receive messages from our agents

Our agents only contact individuals whose phone numbers have been provided by a TatvaHQ business client as part of a legitimate business relationship — for example, a lead who submitted an enquiry on a property portal, or a customer who placed an order on a D2C platform.

By submitting your phone number to a TatvaHQ business client (e.g. via a property enquiry form, a purchase, or a contact form), you consent to being contacted by that business on WhatsApp, including via automated AI agents.

Opting out

You may opt out of WhatsApp communications from our agents at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message from the agent
  • Replying Nahi chahiye or Rok do — our agents recognise these as valid opt-out requests in Hinglish
  • Emailing sales@tatvahq.com

Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours. After opting out, you will not receive further messages from that agent.

Opting out does not affect any existing business relationship you have with the business client whose agent contacted you.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the context of each engagement. For lead qualification (Radhika), you will typically receive 1–3 messages per enquiry. For operations updates (Aadhya), frequency depends on your order or transaction activity with the business client.

Standard WhatsApp data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

4. Business client terms

If you are engaging TatvaHQ as a business client to deploy Radhika or Aadhya:

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that end users whose numbers you provide have a legitimate prior relationship with your business
  • Not providing numbers of individuals who have previously opted out of WhatsApp communications from your business
  • Complying with all applicable Indian laws and Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy in your use of the agents

Pricing and payment

TatvaHQ's agents are outcome-priced. Specific pricing terms are agreed in your individual Scope of Work (SOW) document. In the absence of a signed SOW, no payment obligation exists.

Pilot terms

New deployments begin with a pilot period as defined in your SOW. During the pilot, you may terminate the engagement with 7 days written notice. After the pilot, standard termination notice periods apply as specified in your SOW.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TatvaHQ's services to:

  • Send unsolicited commercial messages to individuals who have not consented to receiving them
  • Harass, threaten, or deceive end users
  • Violate any applicable Indian law or regulation
  • Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy or Terms of Service
  • Collect data from end users for purposes not disclosed in TatvaHQ's Privacy Policy

TatvaHQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate service immediately if these terms are violated.

6. Intellectual property

The Radhika and Aadhya agent names, conversation designs, and TatvaHQ brand assets are owned by Tatva Business Solutions. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

TatvaHQ's agents are AI-powered and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. We are not liable for:

  • Business decisions made based on agent-generated lead summaries or qualification data
  • Loss of business arising from agent downtime or errors
  • Third-party service failures (including Meta's WhatsApp platform)

Our total liability to any business client is limited to the amount paid to TatvaHQ in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Business clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
