TatvaHQ (Tatva Business Solutions) operates AI agent products including Radhika and Aadhya, which interact with end users via WhatsApp and other communication channels. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
1. Who we are
TatvaHQ is a business registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India under the MSME/Udyam scheme. We provide AI-powered business automation tools to Indian businesses.

2. What data we collect
Through WhatsApp interactions
When our AI agents (Radhika and Aadhya) interact with individuals via WhatsApp, we may collect and process:
- WhatsApp phone number
- Name (if provided during the conversation)
- Message content exchanged with the agent
- Timestamps of messages
- User responses to qualification questions (e.g. budget range, property preferences, order details)
- Opt-in or opt-out status for ongoing WhatsApp communications
Through our website
When you visit tatvahq.com, we may collect:
- Browser type and device information
- Pages visited and time spent
- IP address (anonymised)
- Contact form submissions (name, email, phone, message)
Through direct contact
If you book a call, email us, or contact us via WhatsApp directly, we collect the information you provide in that interaction.
3. How we use your data
We use the data collected through WhatsApp interactions to:
- Qualify leads on behalf of our business clients (for Radhika users)
- Send order and operations updates on behalf of our business clients (for Aadhya users)
- Improve agent conversation quality and response accuracy
- Maintain records for billing and dispute resolution with our business clients
We use website data to:
- Understand how visitors use our website
- Improve our product and content
- Respond to enquiries and demo requests
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
4. WhatsApp data handling — specific disclosures
This section is specific to data processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business API, which powers our Radhika and Aadhya agents.
How WhatsApp messages are processed
Messages sent to our AI agents are processed through the Meta WhatsApp Business API. Message content is transmitted to our servers for AI processing and is used to generate agent responses.
Data storage
WhatsApp conversation data is stored on secured servers. Conversation logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of the last interaction, after which they are permanently deleted.
Who has access to WhatsApp conversation data
- TatvaHQ's technical team (for quality assurance and issue resolution)
- The business client whose agent you interacted with (they receive lead summaries and qualification data)
- Meta Platforms, as the operator of the WhatsApp Business API infrastructure
Opting out of WhatsApp communications
If you have received a WhatsApp message from one of our agents and do not wish to receive further messages, you may:
- Reply "STOP" to any message from the agent
- Reply "Nahi chahiye" or "Rok do" — our Hinglish agents recognise these as opt-out requests
- Contact us at sales@tatvahq.com to request removal from all communications
We will process opt-out requests within 24 hours. After opt-out, your number will not be contacted again by that agent.
Initial contact consent
Our AI agents only initiate contact with individuals whose phone numbers have been provided by a business client as part of a legitimate lead or customer relationship. We do not contact individuals without prior business context.
5. Data sharing
We share data with the following categories of third parties:
Meta Platforms — WhatsApp Business API infrastructure provider. Meta's own privacy policy governs their handling of message metadata.
Cloud infrastructure providers — Our servers are hosted on cloud platforms. Data is stored in encrypted form.
Our business clients — The business that deployed the agent you interacted with receives lead qualification data or operations summaries. They do not receive raw conversation transcripts unless specifically required for dispute resolution.
We do not share data with any other third party without explicit consent.
6. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. This includes:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encrypted data storage
- Access controls limiting who can view conversation data
- Regular security reviews
7. Your rights
Under applicable Indian data protection law and general privacy principles, you have the right to:
- Know what data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time (see Section 4)
- Lodge a complaint if you believe your data has been mishandled

8. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
- WhatsApp conversation data: 12 months from last interaction, then permanently deleted.
- Contact form and email data: 24 months, then deleted unless an ongoing business relationship exists.
- Website analytics data: 13 months.
9. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy periodically. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
